"I have a question."

Do I have to know how to juggle to attend?

No, and in fact the festival is a great place to learn how to juggle.

Will there be door prizes this year?

Yes, as well as a raffle drawn each day of the festival.

...and will the rules be as confusing as last year?

Certainly not. The way it will work is that you will get 3 tickets for full juggler admission price, or 1 ticket for spectator/child admission price. You may use them either to win from a grab bag of small prizes, or you may spend them at one of the 3 raffle drawings to be held each day of the festival.
Extra raffle tickets may be purchased separately for $1 a piece.
RAFFLE PRIZES and DRAWING SCHEDULE:
Friday 8pm-
3 Renegade Torches
general door prizes

Saturday 2:30pm-
$100 credit for ToddSmith.com
general door prizes

Sunday 3:00pm-
TBA general door prizes

It is the 9th annual Juggle Fest, but it says the 7th annual Public show, why?

We didn't have a public show the first two years of the festival.

Will the sphere of litigation make an appearance?

One can only hope. The sphere is a mysterious object, and no one can reliably predict its actions. You can find out more about it here .

Can you juggle n+1 (where n = the number of items you are juggling now)?

You shouldn't ask this question. Instead ask, "Can you juggle a bowling ball, an apple, and a chainsaw, and take a bite out of the apple as you juggle?"
